LEADERSHIP

We’re family; cousins to be specific. Together we have more than 30 years of experience working in the youth sports marketing segment. We love the idea of sports, the setting that surrounds the “big-stage,” the dedication required, the effort needed, the emotion.

We’re passionate about the platform of sports and the connection it demands. It builds loyalty and creates trust. It captivates. The audience cares about the participants, the schools for which they play and the brands that support their cause.

GARY MELLE

With a rich history in sports marketing and sponsorship experience, including previous stops with the Dallas Cowboys and NBC Sales & Marketing, Gary has spent the last 15 years focused on the expanding and influential high school sports landscape. As co-founder, Gary has led the strategic and sales efforts for 35TEN Media since its inception in 2015.

Overtime: Coaching youth basketball and baseball – teaching kids how to play the game the right way and hopeful they enjoy it enough to come back and play year after year.

CHRIS MELLE

35TEN MEDIA Co-Founder, Chris Melle, is a 15-year veteran in media sales and marketing and an established leader in the competitive high school sports marketing industry. Chris has built a network of personal and professional relationships with thousands of high schools and has created national branding and activations campaigns for universities and Fortune 2000 companies.

Overtime: Chris is a volunteer football coach, a community service advocate and has a passion for motivating others.
